By subscribing to the GLO+ Membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Recurring Charge & Payment
- The GLO+ Membership is a subscription program that charges $14.99 per month.
- This charge is automatically billed to your selected payment method on the same date each month.
- The recurring charge and membership details were clearly outlined on the cart and checkout pages at the time of enrollment.
- By opting into GLO+, you have accepted these terms and authorized recurring payments.
2. Store Credit & Discounts
- Each monthly charge is converted into store credit that never expires as long as your membership remains active.
- GLO+ members receive a 15% discount on all purchases.
- Store credit can be used on both regular-priced and sale items.
3. Managing Your Membership
- You may pause your membership for up to 3 months.
- You can cancel your membership at any time via your GLO+ account.
- If you choose to cancel, you have the option to:
- Keep your remaining store credit for future use.
- Request a refund for your unused store credit.
4. Failed Payments & Account Issues
- If your payment fails, your subscription will be temporarily paused until you update your payment method.
- If you experience issues applying store credit or logging into your account, contact our support team for assistance.
5. Refund Policy
- If you were charged for GLO+ but forgot to skip the month, don’t worry—your store credit remains in your account and can be used anytime.
- If you prefer a refund, you can request one within 30 days of the charge.
