- After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received it. You can track your package via the UPS or USPS tracking page with the tracking number provided.
- Missing Shipment: If your package is missing, please allow an additional 3 days for updates. Sometimes the tracking page is not immediately updated, and actual delivery may take a little longer. Double-check your shipping address as it’s easy to overlook apartment or house numbers. We also recommend asking neighbors or your concierge if they received it on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact UPS or USPS first. - If the issue is not resolved, we’ll proceed with reshipment only if you’ve opted for Navidium Shipping Protection.
